I stopped watching at 30-60 minutes of exercise and sleep ? Lololol are you kidding ? None of that is possible in full withdrawals you pray for sleep and the thought of even making it to the bathroom is overwhelming never mind an hour of exercise?

I didn't take any meds and 6 weeks later I was still only getting 4 or 5 hours of sh1t sleep. Took months to feel right. They don't even do that now in jails.. I got nothing in 2001.. now they gets meds. Its dangerous using nothing to come off with

Can’t sleep, feel tired, the first day of WD i had to max out power clean and my legs and back were unbearable. What blows my mind is people that give this advice have NEVER been on it. They read books and repeat what they read. Real talk. Jail/prison was what got me clean from heroin. But.. simple at home try this. 1. Find a kratom that bonds with you. 2. Walk around your neighborhood and pick up trash. Use empty 5 gal bucket and easy reach grabbers. This will give a small goal and reward of achievement. 3. Look up old videos and music that will give you a sense of blissful satisfaction while eating small portions of healthy food. The distraction will let your body adjust and make you feel at ease. Also this is the main thing. 4. You have to talk! Pair up with someone who will listen and engage with in conversation. This will help sooo much. Explain how you’re feeling and what you’re going through. When you speak about you pain it’s a small relief. Trust me.

On day 8 off years of subutex jumped at 8mg this has been shitty but it hasn’t been as bad as I thought just distract myself as much as possible / hot showers/ determination/ spending time with others if I can for the endorphins , wish me luck !!!!

Bro none of this helps bro have you really been threw a withdraw hommie you need to counter it for a lil kratom then auit fast in small dossages , ibuprofen 100, Gabapitin , and benzo's and i still feel pain threw my vains as if im being burnt. All these calm me only 50 percent. Soboxene i cant say cuz i havent tried but these only hot bath you mention and distraction help 10 percent. 🤨.........

I can agree with you only with shower ..yes offcos it really help me during withdrawal. .but sleeping is simply out of the topic mann..you shoot me with a horse tranquilizer but Id be still awake ..unless I get another substitute like suboxone. .😅
