It's missing the stainless fingers that keep the meat from wrapping around the blades. Also a little spritz of water on the meat works well.

You don't the combs in the tenderizer! They keep the meat from wrapping around the blades!

What they could use is a fixed divider on the bottom between the blades so when the meat hit it the meat will come away from the blades and drops out the bottom.

We use hot soapy water with bleach and scrub brush. Air dry. This was the 1st time we used it. Please leave comments.

it's too bad that the blades are not adjustable for thicker meat. I've used one in a butcher shop a long time ago and you could open and close the blades which really helped. When the meat gets stuck like that, use a knife or some kind of tool to get the meat started. I've cut the tips of some fingers doing just what you did. lol Live and learn.

He did not have the fingers or comb in that keeps the meat from wraping around the blades. it was his fault.

No you aint got it put together right 1st thing you need to do it's put the fingers in it to keep the meat from wrapping up on it quit shaming the product I have one that I use in a butcher and shop every day 7 days a week and it works great

For large quantity meat, like an Elk, Moose or Bear Meat, this is a great tool ! Was my 1st time trying it out !

He didn't use the machine properly. There are a pair of combs (many have commented about them) that prevent the meat from wrapping around the blades, and Chef Giovanni didn't use them, hence the clogs. Like he'd said, it was the first time trying it out; many new users forget to use the combs.
