I appreciate that you tried it as directed by naptural85 first vs adding a bunch of other products to the mix. This way we get to see how the product truly works on their own for different textures. Your hair came out beautifully.
Sorry but if your hair is a TRUE 4c like this beautiful young lady, DO NOT use the Product! It doesn't look good at all! Whitney made this for ppl with her hair type! Sorry but isn't this the reason the hair care community came up with the hair typing system???! Real talk 🙄
I've been watching a couple of your videos. Im 2 yrs fully natural, 3 years since my last relaxer. You inspire me to take better care of my 4c hair and grow it out. Your hair is so gorgeous and is proof we can have long natural hair! 😩😍
I know that it is super tough to have the patience to even educate yourself and find a routine that works for you. It's been 6 years since I last straightened it, and 10 years since I had my last relaxer. I can finally say I found a routine that works after all this time, but damn it took some patience !!
I've watched Naptural85 for years can't even remember how long ago I started following her on RU-vid. She is definitely one of my favorite naturals. I have both of these products and I truly love the melanin hair care line. My twists definitely have more definition when I use these together and I don't add any gel.
carmella brown I’m actually glad more haven’t. She is one of the first to review it correctly with just the cream and oil. Some of the others add gel or another oil. At least try the first time with just the products by itself. I have them and I love it but I agree with her. Next time I’m adding a light gel as well. Just for more hold with my frizzy hair.
Guess it depends on who you're subscribed to on RU-vid, because for me it seems like *everybody* has reviewed the Melanin line from Naptural85. I have seen about 12 reviews since February: seems the twist cream and oil work really well for just about everybody!

I love the cream for twists but have to be super scarce using it for a twist out. It weighed my hair down badly first go round. I recorded twice to show my results.1st time sucked 2nd time was good but this can’t be a staple for my fine strands. Hoping she will sell her flaxseed gel

yes just ordered...... my hair needs heavier oil too but I will oil my scalp with it.....I got the sunvisor but not the scarf....I have been watching Whitney before she had Olivia....and still love watching Whitney she had me making headbands and mixing products my Husband said me and Whitney was gonna blow up the Kitchen.....I really learned alot from her Mahogny Curls and Mo knows hair with the Kimmey tube leave in....lets not forget Mahogny Knots she was so funny. I love the product but ooh my....it makes my hair supper dry. I could use an oil with it but girllll...my hair does not agree with oil. I love the line but I'm still in search of a moisturizing(thing) to balance it out.

Ari B I know I posted this a year ago lol, I actually repurchased and love the hell out of this cream I think I used it wrong I’m used to feeling product on my hair so I guess by me not feeling that at the time that was the problem not the cream.
Beautiful hair! I want really long hair but I must say, I’dk if I’m prepared to spend so much time and money at that length to take care of it haha I’m Only at my collar bone so we shall see. Products seems nice. Never tried. On my journey I’m using the mane choice which is grreaaat! And mielle organics conditioner. I will try this brand also.
