For me the USS Helena and the US Desmoines are the best Premiums. Is was so often killed by the USS Helena and the US Desmoines. This Ships are deadly!!!
So absolutely nothing for France eh? I must admit I'm very disappointed with the state the tree released. Not only the lack of iconic ships but the lack of coastal boats which are one of my favorites.
I am more than disappointed with the state of the British tree, its not as if there aren't options. Not to be cliche but Britain had the primary naval force between 1900 and 1944. Its the one area we should be truly competitive in. We could have the R class, QE class, HMS Erin, Hell i'd even take a sister-ship to Hood. How can the UK have the lowest number of 6.7-7.0's? I'd rather they removed Glorious and Invincible and replace them with Queen Mary, Lion or Tiger just to give us something good.
But...hood is only ship of its kind. +There is south american battleships that were made in britan and were confiscated when war started, they will be a nice addition too.
@@alexturnbackthearmy1907 Hood had 3 sisters which were laid down but never completed like the Kronshtadt or the new Sachsen. So any of her sisters could be added. As for the South American Battleships, I included the Turkish HMS Erin because she has the armour to compete but HMS Agincourt and HMS Canada have only 9 inches of armour but 10-14inch guns and a lot of them. They'd have to be at a higher br than their armour is worth, so i'd rather we got jus true British battleships with no trade-offs.
I already have USS Moffett and there's nothing for me to research at those tiers anymore, but i'm thinking if i should get the Frank Knox? Allen M. Sumner and Gearing are my favorite destroyers in WT, so Knox looks like a very nice ship to play and farm SL. Especially since Prinz Eugen got moved to 6.0, so being a 4.7 ship you will never meet them anymore. Also i just realized that Gaijin stole a torpedo launcher from my Gearing and i didn't even notice. 800 GE to get it back?

i got my self the des moises back in summer when it was on sale and had enough ge from the pack to also pick up the moffee, it helped carry me threw operation summer, but also is just such a good money making pair that even with out any boosters or premium time it has completly removed any lion problems in game

I actually bought a talisman for the duilio. I personally had a great time in her and the Andrea doria and from my experience so far, i didn’t really see it as a lost. And so far atleast its working, tho i do understand and know about the cons it has.
I really like where naval is going I hope to see submarines added soon I think it would work really well and also work as a counter to people who just camp behind islands not contributing to the team effort
Nice and informative video. It already confirmed my decision for Myoko which I got earlier today, I already had the PG-02 and they make a nice combo. Hopefully the Fuso is not that far away now. I am also on the fence whether to talisman the Scharnhorst as I don't see any better candidate may be wait for the Sachsen, I already have it on the Kaiser. Hey man. Thanks for this. Been looking out for it. I am finishing up my US tree, so I was looking at a new line to grind. I am considering getting the Marat at xmass, but I was wondering if I should get a second ship to go with it? The Moffet and the Fort Knox proved such an amazing grinding combo, when one died you still had the other, but I dont see an obvious combo with the Marat. Any suggestions?

That is oversimplifying it. Japanese DDs are unmatched in their torps firepower, UK DDs are good at bow in fighting, some German DDs have huge guns ... All a Point of perspective.
I agree with you on the Italian and French tree. However, to be fair the French is very new to the game and Gaijin didn't had the time to add more ships to it. I'm hoping they will not forget the french tree like they did with Italy.
then you are using it wrongly. Use SAP and aim at the waterline. Sure, 5 inch 38s have been nerfed quite a lot but the shell volume kinda makes up for it!
they really hate the british tree huh , haven't given them a battleship deisgned after 1918. and the Hoods armour in game Saves it from the hit that killed it Irl because the belt armour is too low in the water ...... these devs really are useless.
21:23 I would actually go for a Mogami or Tone Talisman (I put a Talisman on Mogami when Tone wasn't out) Japan 8 inch are decent vs other cruiser but more importantly their numerous Long Lances are the Doom of Obvious captains that sail straight or stay still (which happens way more than it should). EDIT: nevermind I forgot the Rank changes with top tier being tier 7 and those cruisers being Tier 5 now, I don't know if it's still worth it. EDIT2: 23:50 You should try JDS Ayanami, it used to be very fragile but its damage modele got buffed. With its 3x2 76mm AP it eats SKR7 for breakfast and sealclub early destroyers.

@@Napalmratte Ich spiele halt solange mit wie ich es vom BR schaffen kann. Bei der Marine bin ich sehr schnell draußen wenn ich BR 6.0 AB Setup habe und die Gegner bei 6,3 und 6,6 liegen. Vor allem wenn ich DesMoines oder viele Helenas sehe bin ich gleich von Anfang an raus. Schaue beim Schippern zuerst immer in die Statistik rein im AB Mode. Denn dort wird man gerne +1 Gematcht und das muss ich mir nicht antun.
I'm not sure i agree with the Helena choice, as with my second battle (ever) with it, I got 7 kills and 200K SL and 11K RP with only premium account. My first one I got 2 Kills and 100K Sl but I think the 6 inch AP really punches into Heavy/light cruisers
Idk, they all about the same. You ether find something with extremely weak AA (and sink with just any plane) or find somethng with strong AA and it obliterate you/you manage to bomb and then die/retreat if very very lucky. The only thing i can recommend it something with very big bombs (ju288/lacanster/pe8 kind of big) to nuke from great heights outside of AA reach or something fast with lots of bombs (something like P-47 or Wyvern?). Torpedoes are almost usless and only american ones are usable AT ALL.
@@Napalmratte yeah, i guess ships its only second to simulator on how little people cares, if it even is, which is no profit for gaijin, but its more than 0.
I think Syonan like to her frigates, and slower and such or like sub chase should have better spawns. Not with pt boats but I have had fun whenever I have been able to get close and personal with the dyonan and just snihale many kind of destroyers, pt boats, etc. It used to be st on of fun as well before although too good.
