मेरे पेट के ऊपरी हिस्से में बहुत दर्द होता था मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा था मैं क्या करूं फिर मैंने गांव में झाड़ू फुक करने वाले से भी सही कराया सही नहीं हुआ किसी ने बोला कि किसी गांव में एक व्यक्ति रहता है वह मोबाइल पर मंत्र पड़ता है और आपकी नाभि सही कर देता है वह भी करवाया लेकिन उससे भी सही नहीं हुआ बाद में मैं युटुब पर सर्च किया और यह जो आसन बताएं वह किया और 3 दिन में मुझे रिलैक्स महसूस हुआ अब मैं रोजाना करता हूं आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद❤❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ur exercise are best. But. My major issue is that when I set dharan in morning by these exercises, It again Displaced its old position in the night. And every morning I have to set it again Plz how to fix it permanently. Plz help me man
