Hello RU-vidrs! Back to Inverness in this weeks episode. Last year I won in the four, quad and in the single. We head back to see if I can do as well as that this year! As always, it was a pleasure to head up to Inverness to race and train, the canal there is a great place to row and recommend to anyone to go and try it out if you're looking for somewhere to row or train in the North of Scotland.
Big steps made in the single over the past couple of weeks that I am really proud of and the aim for the weekend was to take those changes and put them into practice. At British Rowing trials I had difficulty taking the strokes I wanted to take. Partly because I was unsure how those good strokes felt and partly because I was unsure on the intensity and how it felt vs what I could do. Tweaks are really helping and the aim is to continue making the changes aswell as hold on to the changes made. Excited for what's to come! I hope you enjoy this episode!
