I see how HOAs can be beneficial, but I am concerned that if I buy into an HOA communit that the fees will get to the point i have to move in my retirement. You see that with Florida condo builings. Or, in a similar way, plot fees going through the roof at trailer parks.
I understand the concern. One way to protect yourself is to check the financials provided by the HOA in the HOA Resale Package to verify they have reserves and are being managed properly. Thank you for watching!
