Do you lead a hybrid or remote team? Are you concerned about workplace culture?
The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated hybrid and remote work. This is a trend that will continue as organizations look to fill key roles with remote workers from across the U.S. or world. Leading a virtual team can often be more complex than managing associates in a traditional office setting. There are also opportunities to build a strong culture and provide career enrichment for remote workers. This session will provide an overview of the difference between leading in a traditional office setting vs. virtual teams, reflect on best practices for developing a strong culture, and share lessons learned from my experience.
