Video showing the great job ATC does to help pilots navigate thunderstorms. Flight was from White Plains (KHPN) to Syracuse (KSYR) in late June. Helps to be at 20,000 feet in a Mustang with radar but they do a great job keeping us out of trouble. Unfortunately, like healthcare, ATC is massively understaffed with no immediate fix in sight.
