Navy SEAL Receives Medal of Honor 

Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Edward C. Byers Jr., a member of SEAL Team 6, receives the Medal of Honor from President Barack Obama during a White House ceremony, Feb. 29, 2016. Byers received the award for his actions while serving as part of a team that rescued an American civilian held hostage in Afghanistan in December 2012.
