Understand, Zach is a weapons mage. Fully capable of taking that rifle the armorer walked out on back to ready and in service in a half day. He carried the 203 by choice because he wanted all the guns. When they told him that he got the SAW, he was happy. So him taking more time on the range was not a surprise.
So I never joined the armed forces for weird and normal reasons. 3 weird reasons: I was allergic to 90% of the armed forces soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and select clothes. I am not allergic to aluminum foil but I am allergic to food products and clothing that has it in the ingredients. 3 normal reasons: Every time I attempted to do a push up I either got my arms sprained or some how dislocated. So how failed the written parts a few times. And the day I took a general fitness test, I went completely color blind for 3 days because of the eye drops I was given with aluminum in them. So in many ways I thank the universe from allowing me to join. Ironically I was given 3 months of free MRE’s, a military water container, and a calendar from every branch of the military. What is ironic again is the year I became too old for the armed forces unless they start the draft again, every branch of the military got rid of all products that contained aluminum in them. Now I get to talk to friends and family that just left the armed forces and I get to hear their stories like MikeBurnFire.
I thought of a way to get out of being yelled at by drill instructors/sargents. not in the military so I don't know if it'd work. But just like when they call you a name, you interject by degrading yourself further in the most dejected and depressed way possible. Make em go from angry to seriously worried lol

In 2004 I was in the USMC and was the movie jarhead was about to be released, every single time I was in a new unit, the musicians joke was about the funniest thing ever. Also the show glee was very popular. So extra funny to see the musical kids being stop lossed.
