I remember that a few people in the comments of the original video stated that Zach pretty much had Peripheral Edema/lymphedema. Basically, stress on his back and knees from military life and all the chemicals he was around
This reminds me of a story of one of my cousins that joined the army. One of my cousins that is 11 years older than me joined the army as a data analyst but really it was the guy that made sure documents got to the right department. He is the only person in my family that never had a weight problem or skin problem.
