My mother was a fan of Nayara Noor and I use to dismiss her as a young man. Now my heart fills up and my eyes tear up appreciating Nayara Noor as I have grown older. One need to go through life's trials and tribulation to understand this kind of Ghazal and singing.
Music has its magic no word can describe. You all keep a filter when you listen to this song. I am German, do not understand one word but miss this filter. Any cataplectic like me make this music tremble to such an extent that it creates ecstasy and makes me addictive to Nayyara 's songs. My heart is moved when she sings "Khabhi hum khubsurat they..."
When I first heard the song - It drenched my soul with `poetic pain' - my way of arriving at my highest level of joy. Now if I don't hear it off and on I feel something is lost. I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE - with the wordings and the voice.
You are spot on. No wonder one cannot but be. It's not a hyperbole if I admit, I understand not a single syllable of this beautiful language, yet I love this. My Daughter like Nayyara Noor magically sails me into a pleasant world. Thank you Betee. May Allah bless you, the accompanying musicians and, of course, every one.
Speechless very heart touching lyrics and mesmerizing voice of (late) legendary Nayyara Noor No body can sing so perfectly this Ghazal of Akbar Alahbadi may God bless her soul in peace .
Commendable poetry .. Every word shows the poet's pain. Hats off to Nayyara Noor jee for doing absolute justice to this masterpiece. Her voice gets me EVERY time. Awaz aisi ho tou kalaam koi bhi ho koi kyun na sunay!! Hmari badnaseebi hy k hum aise fankaaron ko chor k wahayat, behooda aur kam aqal aur kamzor logon ko wo jagah de detey hein jo dar haqeeqat in jaisay loag deserve krte hein. Again, BOHOT BOHOT KHOOB!! ♡
@ahsan moqeem ji aapnay bohut theek baat ki hai yeh fankaar farishta roopi musyaqi ki jaan hain ... aaj kal ke logue fankaar kehlanay kaa yogya nahin hain sau fisadi sach kahaa aapnay ... kudos !!
Subtleties and fine nuances of romance when expressed in Urdu bless the poetry with another dimension..A multifaceted dimension in relationships where no other language but only Urdu, has the ability to add heartfelt depths and subtleties to the meaning of love..For that purpose English is too precise too specific..Punjabi too primal too unprocessed and a Sanskitized Hindi too blank too inexpressive. A ghazal like this is born when u hear a soulful voice like Nayyara"s coupled with a profound and poignant poetry!
This lady has her own style, her rendering of the ghazal is very unique. She sings with such simplicity, elegance and subdued passion. Bravo just a fan!
that awesome simply gr8 mind blowing i know its not enough for her and poet but iam so emotional when ever i listen her ,we all are proud on you madam ,
Woow ...❤️❤️❤️..m speechless..just close ur eyes ..turn off the lights & listen to it ....u will get the feeling of heaven in the world full of miseries & pains .... atleast it's something to cherish ❤️❤️❤️
Madam Naira's voice really did justice to the emotions of this Gazal.... The Haunting effect in the song is also because Raag Shivranjani This songs reminded me of Na kisi ki aankh ka noor hun ( Lal Qila 1960).
I heard her for the first time in mid 70s of the last century on PTV Lahore. She was accompanied by a young male singer who sang alongside. I have been her fan ever since. She has a silken voice that goes straight to heart.
One of the finest voices of Pakistan and the south Asian subcontinent. At performances like this, some self-important people occasionally utter utterly inane words as part of the introductory chitchat and spoil the sublime mood of the event. Such are the words of the woman speaking before NN's ghazal begins. It's like "kabab mein haddi." What a divine performance by NN, otherwise! Thank you for a splendid post,Linzus.
You said it Sir. Thank you. Request you to please take few seconds and pen such inimitable performers Shub Naam in full. Kindly. These are Allah's presentations to us. Thank you Betee. I love you as much as I adore and love my Mother, Lata Mangeshkar jee. May Allah bless you all. Special thanks to the one who uploaded.
@@chinmoykumardas4779 Here it goes "Kahoon kis se qissa-e-dard-o-gham koi ham-nasheen hai na yaar hai, Jo anees hai teri yaad hai Jo shafeeq hai dil-e-yaar hai. To hazar karta lagawatein mein kabhi na aata faraeb mein, Mujhe pehle es ki khabar na thi tera do he din ka piyar hai. Ye naveed auroon ko ja suna hum aseer-e-daam hein aai sabba, Hamein kia Jo chaman hai rang per, hamein kia Jo fasal-e-bahaar hai. Mujhe rahem aata hai deekh kar tera hall Akbar-e-noha-garr, Tujhe woh bhi chahe Khuda kare keh tu jis ka aashaq-e-zarr hai. (Poet: Akbar Ala abadi)
I am acquainted with so many Pakistani singers but not with her. My 17 yrs' daughter send me the link of her masterpiece - tum mere pas raho and I became a fan. No adjective would meet her melody and melancholy. My best regards to her memory. From India.
Whole of Pakistan and India Loves her ... in fact the whole world Loves her ... but she should be heard more on world television ... she deserves every bit of it !
Hamain kia chaman hai jo rang par, hamain kia jo fasal e bahar hai. Kia kehny . Great poetry, great composition and the greatest singing. May her soul rest in peace. Allah Hafiz Nayara Noor Sahiba
