Hey Daniel, really like the enthusiasm that you got playing in front of many people. I can't help but notice that you don't have a throne thumper, are you used to getting no "feel/response" from the kick in such a large venue?
What kinds of exercises maybe books, do you practice in order to work on those fills/chops? Do you have any resources that you might be able to point us to? Thanks for the videos!
PTL David…just a quick question, fellow drummer here getting into cam work during services and practices have a newer go pro and insta 360x…what do you suggest I use setting or microphone wise to be able to actually hear the drums…when I record now it’s straight noise and garbage! Not my playing but the sound haha well compared to you many the former is true 😅 thx for ur inspiration and tips!!
Do you use any kind of personal in-ear monitor at your church? I never use my camera audio, I always sync it with other audio from my in ears, stream mix, or multitracks from the FOH board.
