I bought xl6 CNG and i am thoroughly impressed by the purchase. At this price there is nothing more that you can expect. The comfort this car has is the biggest plus point.
Great review! The reason why xl6 has come up with only 6 seater captain seat is they dont want to make it a tourist vehicle like the ertiga. I guess they want to keep this as their premium segment for the buyers.
This car is very expensive as per is standard 17L for top end is too expansive and only 4 air bags , I think Maruti should listen to Mr. Nitin Garakari what he had told minimum 6 airbags there are no Curtain airbags the value for this car should be atlist in between 13-15L on road Mumbai
Almost all manufacturers are greedy, they have launched it before October so they don't have to put in 6 airbags, they will charge extra money after October by adding 2 more airbags

I think XL6 is a good MPV no doubt when you compare it with the Kia.For the price Maruti is offering XL 6 one cant expect more than whats already there..as mentioned in the vedio you cant get everything Kia has some features and XL6 has some so choose wisely and pick your car...If safety is not a concern with Maruti cars then XL6 is the best in its segment...and anyways on Indian highways you cant drive more than 100kmph and even if you are able to accelerate it would just be for a km thats it...It really makes no difference which car you have coz at the end of the day in traffic all cars become the same...unless you are trying to showoff and for that I am sure you need to increase your budget....

At 80kmph in 6th gear rpm is around 1700 only for cruising. To move forward drop a gear and needed power is available. I believe its is a feature not limitation
Xl6 top end manual vs carens prestige plus would be an appropriate comparison. Because Carens luxury or lux plus would beat xl6 in features very easily. Maruti just has an edge over mileage
@@timujin3329 Yes but a lot depends on ride quality and in cabin touch and feel, I guess carens still gives a premium feel to the driver. Plus I personally wanted the xl6 ac vents to improve, they have been with maruti since 10 years now

No comparison with carens , carens is much more premium in all aspect, as a carens owner I would strongly recommend people to go for it without a doubt.
Yes even alcazar also. Alcazar, carens, xuv700 and safari very premium cars hence xl6 is not at all worthy to compare with kia, hyundai, tata, mahindra.
