canvas is hands down the nicer material, if you plan to keep the car, or your budget allows .. I would always suggest canvas over vinyl.. way more durable, doesn't crack or rip like vinyl if it's been cold, or folded for long periods.. and canvas just feels nicer. (my opinion on the last bit)
Are they different between NA and NB models? I have a vinyl top with glass window on my NA and it won't fold down when the bar just forward of the back window is strapped in place. So I don't have it strapped in and the is moved forward to allow the top to fold down. Any tips, or suggestions?
I am having same issue. Have you found a solution? I am tempted to take the straps off because they are causing the window seal to touch against the rail above and concerned it will loosen the seal
