the fact there are people who are 40 years younger than the directors of the people who make the game, and are extremely better at making games with 1/10 of the budget truly amazes
I know that if this happened in real life, the reporters would have the article title of: Derek Turner Says Proclaims to be "God" in the game of basketball. That he is "No mere mortal."
That reporter could have signed with a nba team, he just got an injury that kept him off the court at the wrong time and decided to study and graduate. True story.
@@Saltedroastedcaramel no shit sherlock ps4 already released that year and for god sake animation in videogames pretty much good than whatever this monstrosity is.
I think it’s aged beautifully. I’ve been sitting here crying laughing at how awful the voice acting and writing is, I wish 2Ks my career were still this funny 😭😭 now they jus boring
Everything about this is so cringy The lack of audio sounds in the beginning where all you hear is the player screaming with his teammate casually talking like he's in a library. The player and interviewer woman never look at each other while speaking The weird ass face scan Everyone looks like playdough
People complain about 2k21 but...the mycareer and the story itself is FAR beyond this shit 🤣 I literally forgot how bad the stories have been in recent years, and really makes you appreciate this years game.
Naw I'm still on PS4, I'm looking forward to picking up the 5 though and checking out 2K on it. From what I've seen it seems a lot better. Especially physics and stuff like that. Looks a lot cleaner and smoother. How much improved is it over the PS4 version if you got it? But yeah I fucked with 2k19 career mode too.
@@mico_wrlddd It feels slower, shooting is more realistic so basically how ps4 was before the patch. You might want to turn off the haptic feedback on the controller. The triggers tighten up like if your stamina is low the R2 stiffens so you can't waste anymore, if you post up and the defender is strong the L2 button tightens up. It's a neat feature but when you're playing park or triple threat you can sprint all game without consequence I think it's best used in the actual nba games. Honestly if you look at videos of the game it looks similar but I swear I feel like I'm playing 2k14 all over again when you played the ps3 version then the ps4 version where animations were similar and gameplay but it felt smoother. Movement is realistic you can't just sprint up and shoot dudes actually have to plant their feet. Same on defense I feel like you're better in the paint on ps5 but also mistiming layups is insane.
