a lot of you guys are complaining but this game looks so much more realistic presentation and graphically wise! The music in the background, the animations showing stats, and just the overall game itself. Definitely excited with this game!
Player models still look like Clay figurines. Glad they got rid of the Gumby player models though. Animations are still very sharp. Looks good for gameplay.
The graphics are amazing, the people in the stands look authentic, I just wish the game play & flow was more realistic.... but I see the progress in the process so, keep it up!
Current Nba Teams suck against them but with 96 Bulls or 01 Lakers they are beatable...In 2k18 Teams like 2004 Lakers and 2005 Spurs will also have a good chance i guess
Yea, it definitely is. I wish they would work on those player models though. The faces look better (JOrdan finally looks good) but the player models themselves still look like clay figurines to me. But animations are incredible this year. So I'd rather have that than perfect player models.
you are joking, right? i played the beta and could barely do what you could for 2k17 in this, there was no way to do a screen/pick and a few other things, they were so bad i blocked them from memory.
Nah curry tries hard on defense. He's not a good on ball defender but a good off ball defender. And in the finals don't forget that contest on korver's shot in game 3. Re-watch that clip and you can see that it's an underrated defensive read.

In my 2k18 Curry, D rose, and Gordon Hayward and some others are missing from their starting line ups in the play now mode. I updated the game so the rosters and stuff are right, but for some reason they are missing. Anyone got any ideas on how I can fix it?
Kyle Seiber yeah but it might be for the better, they said you dont get stuck in animations anymore this year so that means that you can interupt animations now.
Why it looks so bulky and unrealistc? I dont get it. It looks like player floating on the floor not running on it. Moving like robots not humans. Speed of body parts no where near real human movements. I loved 2k since 07. But Live slowly becoming more interesting game (also bunky n unrealistic) but they showing improvement while nba 2k14 was best game and nothing REALLY improved since that. For me How realistic player LOOKS is the LAST thing that is important Its the movement and the flow of the game.
