The badge does nothing I had it on silver after rebirth and it slowly went all the way down cause there’s almost never a time that you will take such a bad/lucky shot that guard up will activate
if you take shots where you’re not completely open but still open enough then it pops up. doesnt have to be a bad shot, just a shot where the defender doesn’t close out quick enough
as someone who’s played w/ 92+ midrange all year, i’ve had guard up on HOF all year. if you’re smart with taking aggressive middy’s, the badge pops when people are playing defense in front of you (not bumping/smothering) but with no hands up
If you guys don’t take fades and hop jumpers often or shoot out of size ups, you’re never going to get this to pop because you’re taking predictable shots. It will never pop when someone has their hand up so taking unpredictable shots is what makes the badge. It’s pretty good, I maintain it on gold without setting it.
Wrong, he said it doesn’t affect your contests. He didn’t test the green window on those shots, obviously guard up boosts your green window on hands down contests and late contests
@@AdrianSimmonsJr. Youre right. But based on his "test" nothing of value can be taken from it because no badge and HOF was at 13 percent. In his conclusion, he has no idea how it actually affects the shot except his "smart assumptions". I was featured in one of his videos in 2k23 and I gotta say, hes logic is so flawed and I wish ppl would see that.
@@randomguy19166 2ktutes is a clown thinking he knows it all cuz he's been testing stuff since 2k20 😂 he even thinks himself higher than software engineers who literally develop games for a living 😂
