How do you get the SGA quests to be able to pick your jerseys? I've played hella NBA games but not a lot of the streetball stuff, does that matter?

I believe u need to reach certain amount of street fans for SGA quests. But it doesn’t really matter with street games, u gotta keep playing games wait for a press, then choose the cooler answer that gives u street fans.
