Look, I just look at the Switch version as fun, taking it on a plane, work, and chillin while watching Sunday football on the couch. For me it's a blast. Real version I play on PS5

How can I play other mode in switch nba 2k24 ( I can only play the quick play mode) NEED HELP !!! is this the version issues because I’m just the normal version instead the blackmamba one

I want to buy a switch so I can play a simulation NBA gm franchise while I am traveling in my car. Is it worth it? Can you edit courts and uniforms? Any lag or saving issues?

Yes, its worth it. There’s no other portable system that you can play NBA with. (Aside from steam decm I guess)
