NBA 2K24 is an upcoming basketball simulation video-game that will be developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports. It will be the 23rd instalment in the NBA 2K franchise and the successor to NBA 2K21.
After a shaky entrance to the new generation of consoles, the NBA 2K franchise is looking to build upon its ambitious foundation for NBA 2K24 (release date: September 8).

I still have the ps4 and i see the 5 is better but the gap is not that big, ps4 vs ps3 or ps3 vs ps2 those consoles had huge differences and biggest improvements from the previous gens, but is pretty normal

I have both games on PS5/PS4. I play them both on my PS5 console. I honestly have more fun on the PS4 version. There are some small things I like on PS5, but these games must have entirely different artist working on them. The game shines on PS4, and on PS5 it's dull. The lighting and skin tones are more realistic on PS4. You can see muscle definition on players on PS4 but not really on PS5. There are a lot more things to add, but I compared a lot of players faces too, and most of them look better on PS4. There are many more examples, but I'm just here to say. I have played almost every 2K since Dreamcast, and this "new gen" isn't as polished as the PS4 version yet. They need to fix the lighting, and go back to more realistic look of PS4. If you haven't got the PS5 version yet, honestly don't even trip about it. I do like some of the new player movement with Pro play they move realistic when turning, but then sometimes, they really don't move realistic at all, so it's not like the PS4 version they move that unrealistic. It's faster paced on PS4, and more random basketball. I honestly see more random stuff or "organic" movements and stuff happening while playing the PS4 version over the PS5. I hope they improve the PS5 version in years to come, because honestly the PS4 one is really nice, just not updated like the PS5, which is ashame, since people pay money still for it.

Скорее всего я буду тут первый русский комментарий. Хочу сказать свое мнение по поводу next gen на PS5. Я играю на пк, где next gen нет. PC и PS4 абсолютно похожи: начинаю с меню - заканчивая матчами. Все одинаково. Я не могу себе позволить купить PS5 чтобы играть next gen (но очень хотел бы). Но я тот человек который любит максимально погружаться в игровой процесс и это есть только на пс5. Поэтому я шизофреник который пытается делать все в точь точь как в реальной жизни 😂😂

If you a last gen it’s over a lot of extra missing 😂😂 I went thru it last year updates come when they feel like it so much missing they forced me to buy a 5 😂😂 so don’t be mad last year was my wake up call
