EA isn’t better at making basketball games than Take2, it’s been that way for decades…that’s why they stopped. Also I heard some agreement/license EA had for NBA Players expired so yeah I’m not sure if it when we’ll see another NBA Live
EA is working on two basketball games low key, IGN and Axios reported it in like 2021. I doubt its coming out this year, but I'm hoping it comes next year!!!
Offensive rebounds have always broken the game for me in my career and also not every contested shot needs to be a miss if I make a great basketball move and I create space I feel like I should be rewarded
I think this has a lot to do with the current lawsuit against them about items purchase with real cash to vc not transferring to other iterations of the game. Fortnite and Call of Duty are examples of letting players transfer purchases to new iterations of their games.

2K basically trying to protect themselves from being sued similar to how Fortnite got sued & have to pay back the players a certain amount from the item shop.
It is actually pretty simple (myself included): 1. Stop playing 2k and then something will change 2. Need a 2nd publisher for basketball game and things should change (no competition)
2k isn’t the only game that has done this or has that in there tos, personally I only play the game for playnow and just to make a mynba and play as a rookie and become the goat giving teams that havent won championships in a while some trophys

i had a problem with 2k23 where it wouldn't let me play anything for months i grinded my character in my career got him decent never bought vc tried to play rec it would kick within 2 min everytime untill i bought vc then everything worked perfectly fine im not joking
2k saw how Fortnite got done for their micro transactions and they know their time is coming. They will lose a whole lot more money than Fortnite did. I’m through giving them money. This is the first year I’ve rocked only two outfits and shoes. It’s February and I just put tattoos on my player. I’m DONE

If you are spending enough money to feel like you need to sue 2k you got some other problems to deal wit. That being said I can agree with this sounding extremely scummy from 2k, if enough people send the letter or just stop playing the game after the 28th then they are going to ruin their sales even more. Free purchases like making the game free in the store is what shot up the game sales. Plus people that just got it free are going to execute micro transactions because they saved not buying the game early
2k gets shadier and shadier every fucking year. I've already stopped playing cpl years back, but believe me I've been praying, that they release a decent version.
a low budget, arcade type of my career/park basketball game would kill 2k.. it doesn't even need a next gen engine.. 2k can still be the game for play now/nba fans.. but another company needs to step in a takeover.. 2k has killed the MyTeam mode.. MyCareer is boring.. and there's too many issues each year with the builder/rec/online game play.. and also its terrible to play this game by yourself.. 2k just sucks

Smfh woke up a week ago bro and both my 99 ovr was already deleted when the new season started but I still had my boost some tattoos all my gear and was forced to make a new player which I’m not gone do and i didn’t hit 2k support because I didn’t feel like going through all the bs they send u through I just gave up as much as I love this game I just refuse to make a new build 2k took my money and over 300 hrs played 😢 #fuck2k
Stopped playing 2k during 2k22, the last good one imo it was really fun, I skipped 21, 25 is going to be trash but we all know it’s going to break selling records, everyone is gonna buy it, then complain it’s trash just to buy it again for 2k26, just stop buying it people move on to a different title

I've been playing 2k games for a long time and spent tons of $/Time over the years and I'm done, I haven't played since season 2. Everything getting too toxic (I don't like the city) that's one of the downfalls in my opinion. Why have this huge area and tons of stuff going on when all I want to do is Play Ball w/out bad servers,toxic randoms, Nerfed builds, Micro transactions (WTF), Banned when you want to leave a game (B/c your put up against the Globe Trotters and i'm w/Phil from accounting) No Bueno. Things have just gotten stale and I'M out....Maybe EA comes out with something but doubt it. @2k24 # Dissapointed
I rarely have server issue, sounds like modem/router performance on your end to be honest. Your only other problem with the game sounds like the people that play it, and not the game. What exactly you expecting 2k to do about that? Ranked system of some kind with fewer game options is the only way, so you can't have it all
i quit 2k last month. Actually proud of myself. No reason to keep playing this game unless its your job as a creator. Fun flew out the window a while ago

@@yuhhtempo true but that's clearly theft. theirs no way to access content you've paid for, you are not allowed to transfer the curenery you bought in older version of the game to newer versions of the game so that's why they're coming out with new terms of condition so you cant take action against them.. they know what they're doing is shady but its how they make their money.

The opt out is only for the arbitration part tho right? So regardless out virtual items don’t belong to us..just wanted to make sure that was specified so nobody gets the wrong idea
