@@oddbuildmaker I'ma keep it on for layupa until I learn the timings for my animations but soon as I git the game I turned off meter it gives u a 20 percent boost
They’re the same animations as the last game you know that right? Only thing added was a different camera angle and the bouncing in shots, NBA Live been had those. Everything 2k slowly adding has already been done in the Live games. They basically trying to play catch up before another live comes out in the near future cuz they know their time is up with resales😂
I thought all that “player movement animations” were just some kind of marketing, but it’s crazy as hell playing as LeBron and actually moving like he does. Shot meter is horrible though, I’ve went through like 12 shooting animations for mc and I can’t find any that I’m consistent with
Can we just appreciate this 2k. This 2k actually looks amazing and even the parks they did almost everyone thing you guys asked for like made a smaller park and brought back the og parks and even the gameplay feels kinda like 2k15 and 2k16

I think most people who play this game only want it to be consistent in qualify of life features, the formula for 14-16 was great for the most part. They kept straying away from that under the guise of “innovation”.
@rafaeldeanza honestly the game is pretty amazing because yes even tho the graphics fall flat outside of the court but when you take into consideration everything that's in the game and the gameplay now imagine if all that extra time and budget would go into pure graphics and gameplay it would be safe to say that it's the most realistic sports game ever

I played 2K25 for the first time today.. holy hell, I was shocked. The gameplay is actually totally different and in a good way. In the sense of feels.
It is better than recent 2K's. I remember constantly getting "leave assignment" and a D grade because I left rudy gobert open on the perimeter. I tried it in 2K25, and I didn't get dinged for it
I’ve been playing since 2k12, stopped for a few years haven’t played since 2k21, this 2k25 is good tho fr, could be that I haven’t played it in awhile but I actually think this is one of the better 2ks they’ve made
Don't look at the shot meter when you shoot pay it no mind.only they form like the old 2ks and shots will be easy to hit.or take the shot meter off in settings.i was the same way with 2k23.
Bruh this is my first 2k in years and I will say, the gameplay is way different. I have a 96 steal rating and I can’t steal a ball to save my life in 2k19 (yes that long ago) it was easy pickings and an “open shot” isn’t the same you don’t have to be a mile away from the defender for a shot selection to be “good”. It’s definitely more realistic. I f*cking hate this game
A lot of people don’t speak on the little details that make up the whole picture. The battle pass alone has been a huge turnoff, it’s dumb to use a free live service game feature when people are paying $60 upfront.. I stopped playing years ago. Horrible business practice.
I just had a friend saying Madden was better. I don't know nothing about sports but I've seen what people have been going through with Madden and have learned about their rip offs and I can say with all of my heart that Madden is ripping people off.
2k22 gave me the 2k11 vibes, the offense was so fluent and smooth but yes the defense stank like usual. Just seemed like when i was trying to do something i could played 2k23 for 5 minutes and swore to never play 2k again. AAA game price with a 10 arguable pricetag. Hell getting new modes, features, graphics would be nice but no they cant even make it feel realistic anymore. Havent since 2k22 and will never again
