At this point make 2K and all sports games free to play. It's ridiculous how we still pay for 2K yearly for no real difference aside from gimmick gameplay and roster updates.

I fucking hate how the Single Player MyCareer attributes are tied to Park/Online modes Like how are you gonna have players like KD who can do it all on the offensive end and still have good defense while we have to pick between a slasher or a shooter, a defensive liability who can dribble or a defensive player but can’t even handle the ball or shoot? It makes no sense. The commentators keep calling us “The GOAT” in 2k24 but we were just glorified role players

This’ll be the first time I’ll wait until the roster is actually updated and when it’s $20 😭😂😂

Players like Luka and Paul George make the player creator super difficult. Luka is in the high 90s but sucks on defense, is slow, not really athletic by NBA standards. Isn't even a good shooter technically. Still one of the best in the league. PG is 6'8 or 6'9 with crazy handles. Can shoot, great dunker, very good defensively. But just doesn't win

They need to work on the story. Story hasn't been good for a couple years. I'd love a story where you were already in the NBA, then maybe you suffer a career threatening injury and you go on a comeback tour.

Sounds good, gotta see it in person, but I think 2k should be trying to make an NCAA game, fans of 2k aren’t gonna be happy until there’s a drastic change and 2k can make some drastic changes with that game. A restrictive MP builder would work perfectly for college, dynasty would be just as good as CFB, 200+ teams, a story from HS to the Natty, and it would allow 2k to really make a game without playing it safe

As a 2k pc player this is great. We finally get next gen which is the equivalent of going from 2k12 to 2k15- we finally get eras, pro play animations, updated graphics, updated builder, an actual myplayer storyline

Build has 80’s finishing 80’s shooting, 90’s playmaking, 70’s defense, and 80’s playmaking. I don’t think it’s as restrictive as you think. Though he is only 6’2

The fact that these games never give you any options to respec your build points is just absurd. Especially when the stat options are always so limited. You shouldnt have to make multiple characters to enjoy the game when the devs can nerf your playstyle options on the fly with patches throughout the year

man they renamed dreamshake, and merged backdown into dropstepper and got rid of post spin tech unless its merged with post up poet. they better allow bigs 6'10+ to at least get on ball menace on bronze and slippery off ball. ill gladly give up 3pt shooting for the post fades for more defense. now imma be pissed off if i run HoF post lock and still get dropstepped through like in 24

Cool vid, so anyways I just won my first chip in my 2nd year with the clippers on 2k11! The hall of fame cpu was ridiculously hard so I simulated some playoff games. I don’t feel like it counts, I’ll see if I can win a ring without simulating any games!

So far with the builder I’m a bit meh on it. The builder does seem restrictive again. I might just make an inside big so at least I can dominate certain parts of the game if I do buy the game. Knowing what animations u unlock is a W. Badges not regressing is also a W although these two things should have already been in implemented in 24. The legend badges and takeover I’m a bit concerned for. I’m afraid that certain takeovers will be too overpowered. With legend badges I don’t know efficient lower badges are going to be. Sometime simple is better and they just made it more complicated than it has to be. The builder is already restrictive and going for legend badge is going to be almost impossible. U would have to sacrifice a lot. I have to see what rep system and city looks like. If the rep system is going to take a back seat again to seasons than I’m most likely not buying the game. As for the city for the love of all things I just want to ball in a normal environment not in a futuristic bullshit setting or in a volcano. I just want to play street ball. Once again just bring back simplicity.

They need to stop bloating the game with last gen compatibility and drop it now. Over 100GB when NFL collage is around 30GB is crazy

High dribbling should cost a lot and come with basically no defense. Most crazy ball handlers are small guards and high dribbling is op so you have to give something to get something.
