Harden needed someone, and he got it, and Russell is the type of player to take any opportunities. If you see how he was playing before their losing streak, Westbrook was playing like an MVP. I would not be surprised if they won the chip.

Now he has a world renowned flopper whose favorite move is a travel transitioned into a 3pt shot with a fall after if they're close, hell, russ can do well on almost any team, it's the fact he plays a way that contradicts harden's playstyle, they're both 1 on 1 players who need a lot of space so they can create shots. Sad too that melo didnt work in Houston cause that might've worked if melo became a catch n shooter after a kick out pass but melo also don't play like that.
