As a Heat fan, there was a gaping hole in our franchise when D Wade retired. Jimmy stepped in and he is the exact thing that we needed to fully establish the franchise in the post Wade era. Easily my two favorite players of all time!

You could not find a better ambassador for heat culture then jimmy butler. I hope that he’s able to crown his tenure with Miami with a ring and I am sure when he is inducted into the HoF, he will be inducted as a Miami heat player. A perfect fit between player, organization and city.

Jimmy Buckets is amazing man. When I heard the story of him being kicked out as teen, homeless, but got invited to stay at his friend's parent's house while he progressed into basketball/school is something I will always remember about him. He is a grinder and a fighter at life. I admire that so much. I wish he stayed a Sixer but the Sixers are gonna sixer, I guess. Much love, Jimmy!

As a die hard Heat fan I’ve always respected Jimmy for a long time ever since he played with the bulls he has that determination in him and that dawg in him and does everything that he can for best for his teammates to win and he’s so much of a great mentor to the other players around him for them to get better, that’s why I’m so happy and grateful that Himmy Butler is wearing a Heat uniform🐐

Most fans don't consider Jimmy a superstar, largely because he is so willing to take rhe back seat to other players even when he's rhe best player on the team. He did it in Minnesota and is doing it in Miami. He and Westbrook are similar in many ways, one of them being they will do whatyrhe coach tells them is needed to win or whatever they believe to be the best way to contribute to winning.
