This is a 20-second NBC promo for their Friday night line-up of June 21st, 1985 (recorded four days earlier from New York City's WNBC, channel 4).
The premiere of Mike Nesmith's Television Parts guest-starred Dick Cavett and Martin Mull. After that came a repeat of Spencer, an early episode with Chad Lowe (Dean Cameron, Grant Heslov, and Amy Locane are seen in the clips also). Last, V featured Marc Singer, Jane Badler, and a jar full of roaches.
