@@adachow7353 Yes! You are 100% correct. Always position posteriorly first then anteriorly to avoid pooling of alginate at the back of the client's throat (this prevents gagging). Thx! :)
Arthritis I think should be a consideration. It affects bone density. It is the correct overall best answer except for children whose arthritis is related to immune dysfunctions. ??
