I heard a bit of Kiwi in that accent, Aussie too. Of course, those are both started as isolated British colonies so the accents would have evolved in a similar way.

Mostly Norfolk "Dumpling" dialect. Not to be confused with the "Yellerbelly" accent from Lincolnshire that most of the Georgetown settlers would have used. However they would have been able to understand each other as they are neighbours. To hear "Dumpling" search Bernard Matthews Bootiful.
