Duke improved to 5-1 on the season with a 24-3 victory over NC State. Starting in place of an injured Riley Leonard, Duke QB Henry Belin IV threw for 2 touchdowns in limited passing attempts while the Blue Devils rushed for 196 yards in the game. Jordan Watrers led the rushing attack with 13 carries for 123 yards and a 83-yard rushing touchdown. Duke’s defense sacked NC State QB MJ Morris 4 times and intercepted 1 of his passes en route to the victory.
