Salam brother, i have few questions if u can respond 1.what if ur graduation degree is from Pakistan but ur LLb is from university of London. How to send attested transcript from London. 2. Do they verify ur law practice liscence via email? What if i can provide them LETTER Of Good Standing from local district bar.
@@shahzadasubhan9724 in that case, you need to send original attested graduation transcripts from Pakistan. And ask your Uk university to send attested llb transcript copies from uk to NCA. Letter of understanding should be from Provincial bar council not local bar council. NCA may verify license through any means if they feel so. Normally, they don’t verify.

Hello Thanks alot from India!! If we have gotten our evaluation done from WES in the past 2-3 months The original evaluation was done through the original university as its in India and I’m in Canada Do i need to ask wes to send the evaluation and paperwork to NCA or the university again.??
@@gurashishsingh5458 my dear WES is a separate authority to evaluate educational credentials for immigration purposes that has nothing to do with NCA assessment process. For NCA assessment, you need to go through a complete process as discussed in video separately.
@@gurashishsingh5458 hi dear! I’m sorry for my previous reply. You can ask WES for course to course evaluation and send the same to NCA. NCA will accept it. You don’t need to repeat the process.
A.o.A ... Brother please explain what is the difference b/w the assessment of license holder and one without prior experience or license from local bar ? In what way will it effect the assessment or further process?
If you have experience then you can get the best assessment report. I mean you will be assigned only 5 core exams. But if you don’t have any experience, then NCA may assign you other additional subjects too like torts, business law and property. I’ll cover this topic in a separate video tomorrow.
@@hafizhammadahmad I'm still confused as to what you are trying to suggest here. Please elaborate a little. I have an LLB honors degree. Also, for HEC attestation, my degree started in 2017, the final was in 2021, then results were announced in 2022 and I got my degree in 2024. So what should I write as the end date?
@@mahnoorabbasi8805 you will mention your degree completion date on which your results were announced in 2022. And you don’t need to send original degree and transcripts to NCA. You can send all attested copies of your degree and transcripts. I hope i addressed your query.
Clearing NCA exams has nothing to do with visa issuance process. Visa issuance is a totally separate thing. And to practice in Canada as a barrister, first you need to clear NCA exams and after that you need to clear bar exams.
Assalamualaikum sir, mein nai HEC sai documents attest karma lain hai, pekin they did not give me an envelope. I asked and they said k nae hai ab. what to do now? can we just send documents in FEDex envelope or can we put the doc in the khaki envelopes and then put in fedEx envelope?
W/s! NCA will not accept these documents without HEC sealed envelope. You need to talk to HEC senior officials to do the same. And they have to do it. You can also file a complaint.
The R&I office is now apparently separate and one has to go to them separately after getting documents verified. They are in main HEC branch. I went to them, it was a walk in, they sealed and signed the envelope. I have sent my documents. And they have been approved. Waiting for my assessment now Thank you so much for your help and guidance!

Yes. You can apply but it might impact your assessment. They may assign you more subjects except five core exams. It’s better to show your experience even if you don’t possess any experience. They need no document to prove your experience. Just write and send.
