Minnesota vs NC State. A new season has arrived! It's time to kickoff a new year as many new faces will be getting playing time. We have replaced a lot of skill position players on offense, and have many new players in the secondary. After two 6-7 seasons can Minnesota take another step forward?
The first game is a tough one against NC State, but Minnesota played good teams tough last year. The question now is can the pistol offense continue to get better? And will the defense make any steps forward after replacing a lot of players on a weak defense?

One thing I notice that you do a lot is roll out when you have a clean pocket. Also when you get blitzed you check down to the RB really fast. Sometimes you have players open down the field. Of course it's really easy to say and point out things when you're not playing so I can't be that critical. It was a great game. The run defense was a bit concerning though.

Yeah sliders are broke tbqh. There is a slider set called unleash infinity on OS cane very good set. All the QBs are good with these sliders man. You and You guys should check em out.

Bruh you gotta recognize that when your facing a dual threat QB, you need a QB spy almost every play to keep his ass from Fucking your day up... Anticipate him to scramble often, and it helps on Read Option plays when he keeps the ball he ma appear to have daylight but then you have your spy waiting for him....food for thought

Good gosh, start Leidner! He played a better game than Nelson in a shorter amount of time! Much more accurate and athletic than Nelson. And oh my goodness Rodrick Williams is a beast! Bruiser back! I see a fire starting, fan that flame and burn through this season.

Some of these plays you have take WAY too long to get the receivers into open positions. Always have a shallow cross option for the check down, to get around four or five if nothing else.

I was wondering why you don't switch from D lineman to the closest defender when the opponent gets to the second level? Also why do you still use a D lineman....I find it much easier to play defense as a safety.

Why did you make the schedule so tough? It's just gonna be that much harder to recruit and make your team look good, and schedule strength really only apllies in BCS standings and your team isn't at that stage to be considering that yet.

I like a challenge with the schedule. I refuse to play FCS teams and maybe I went a little overboard with Auburn and NC State. Perhaps in upcoming years I'll make it easier as the Big 10 is tough enough.

For the team to be successful, Williams needs to carry the ball early and often. He should probably have 20-25 carries a game and you will see much greater success

You should definitely up your run defense and down their break tackle. Don't do anything with your tackle, cause in real life you usually go down when hit, but quarter backs stuff arming LB's off??? I don't think that's very realistic, so down there RB ability.

cane you need to run the ball a lot more at 13:20 you come out with a 5 wide set on a 1st and 10 after your running game just got you all the way down the field. You have the chance to make it a real game 30-24, then you throw a pick. Run the ball on first down. No offense but very questionable play calling.

Good game nothing you could do at the end but u scramble when u are in no trouble in the pocket and u walk into a bunch of sacks Nelson isn't Randall Cunningham or mike vick so hang in unless u can't u will get a lot of clean looks

Sorry man but that loss is on you. After the sack, instead of going back into a huddle and wasting 7 seconds, you could've go no huddle to get maybe 3-4 more plays before time runs down. Also, what playbook do you use? Is it the normal Minnesota playbook?
