I remember watching my dad play this game on the gamecube when I was three. I'm 21 now and he actually passed away this year back on Father's Day. I'm gonna miss him dearly, I had a lot of fond memories with him but this is easily one of the earliest fondest memories I had with him.

@@bester57 Thank you and yeah I don't mind sharing, I'll even share some extra details. Back on December 2nd 2021 my dad went to get a surgery that would allow him to do dialysis at home. When they tried to bring him out of the anesthesia, his heart rate suddenly dropped and when they got it back up, he became unresponsive putting him in a coma. Six months later he passed as his heart had stopped around 3 AM. They even brought him back but it stopped again later at around 12 PM and he officially passed. This has been hard especially on my grandma, she had lost her younger sister back in late September of 2021 and then a month after we had her funeral my dad ended up in a coma and considering that's her first born child. Not gonna go into to much detail but she isn't the same headstrong grandma my and dad and I had been living with since I was about 4. My aunt (my dad's younger sister) came out all the way from texas (twice this year) to come help me take care of her since it's been pretty hard by myself. This time she managed to get a job out here in Cali to keep making money while she's here. From what I understand, the surgery my dad had didn't require general anesthesia. So my second cousin and I were talking about getting a lawyer awhile back. Unfortunately according to them nothing could be started really unless the outcome where he passes actually happened which it did. This whole thing really has been a rough ride. My dad and I lost my mom and my two older brothers when I was 2/3 years old in 2004. Now that I've lost my dad, I'm basically the last survivor in my bloodline. This whole time this year I've been wishing that I would've known everything prior to my dad's surgery and probably changed the outcome. Other times I wish I could be a universe where this year for the most part was the same but my dad was still here and my grandma was doing better. It really sucks.
