Yes you're allowed to take your phones in NCC Camp but make sure your phone is always with you cuz in camps stealing phones and other things are normal and if happens your CHM will punish all in your barrack and you .
I was told by my senior that it is strictly prohibited so keep it in your room but it's your responsibility to hide it in a safe place so that no one can stole it
