Wierd that in some places even pier is not built and the neighbouring piers even girders have been erected Might be common for long projects, as this is over 40kms
You guys have slowest progress in the area which is most affected by traffic the most and still made so little progress between Hebbal and KR puram. For two years you have cordoned areas where you are not even building anything in this stretch. Request you to have some shame and Please focus on people's life you are affecting.
