If it were up to Eric ...... I think he and Penelope would have gotten married BEFORE Kensi and Deeks did. I just wanted to say that off top. She DOES have a point, tho ... they never really dated. It was kinda ... bammm! I want you to fly home with me and visit my family ... and then bammm! we're kissing in op's ... and then bammm! Neric 🤣🤣 ....... Penelope is going thru A LOT. I do think her burden has as much to do with her explosion at Hetty two episodes ago as her worry about Eric did. just about any other guy would have dumped her/given her some space (which is a step above a breakup) .... but Eric is not just any other guy, and he doesn't want the easy way out. I think he knows how she feels ... and he knows how he feels. I'm glad they let Neric hit an actual bump in the relationship road .... cuz intimate interpersonal relationships aren't easy.

I love Nell and Eric together. I just realized that this video has been up since dec 9 2019 and no dislikes. We, we love Eric and Nell together.

I know Nell is going through a lot right now, but she is taking the piss a bit the way she is treating Eric. She was right that he should get angry, he's being wayy too nice with the way he is letting her dictate their relationship without him having a say.

If I'm in Eric's shoes, I'd probably feel more hurt about her lying than mad about her motives. Part of that though is that I've been through losing my mother due to illness and being pulled closer to family I didn't necessarily have the greatest relationship with during that time (like Nell and Sydney). I think part of Eric's reaction is based on the fact that he's still processing what he went through on his undercover mission.

I actually think Eric might killed off this season, considering the actor is working on different projects. This might be a way to stop the relationship in order for this too happen

The feeling I get after last night's episode is that all 6 of the main cast may be in the last year of their contracts, and of course salaries would keep going up during their time on the show so the producers may be thinking about letting one of them leave after the season to cut costs. The actor that plays Deeks has probably at least as many projects he's working on as the actor that plays Eric. Also, keep in mind that this is the 11th season--not many shows last that long on TV these days, so the writers may be beginning to think about series-ending storylines.

@@faithful2thecall those two guys (Barrett Foa and Eric Christian Olsen) definitely do a lot of stuff. I'm sure Daniela is in high demand but she might keep her schedule under wraps a bit cuz of the two babies. I wouldn't be surprised if Renée Felice Smith has a lot of offers out, too. and LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell are Hollywood vet's ... they could literally get any role they want. I say all that to say that this crew must LOVE working together. and they're getting paid well enough to STAY together. Eric and Renée joined in 2010; everyone else has been there since the pilot. This level of longevity for a main cast on a show is unheard of. and NCIS: LA is showing no signs of slowing down.

At this stage, they ALL are probably on 1- or 2-year deals. But that's industry norm, so I don't read a thing into that. The show is thriving on Sunday nights. Sunday nights is NOT good for sitcoms .... and NCIS: LA has been on Fridays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays .... to anchor its programming for that night. Hell, they're bringing NCIS: NO to follow LA on Sundays in February to boost ratings for the struggling NO franchise. The show is not in any danger ... and I don't think the main cast is going anywhere.

I don't think Eric with die off I think Nell will she has to much family problems. and I don't think there's going to be a season 12 which really sucks because I really love Nell @ Eric and this show.
