Gibbs has another secret. He’s from the universe called Gibbsverse. This is a universe with no tech, only crimes and crime fighting and superhumans such as Gibbs! (FYI, I am making this up out of boredom. I highly doubt it could be close to true in this genre of tv show).

That’s a fact and no one can deny it. He has been funny throughout all 13 seasons. He has had his fair share of emotional, funny/goofy, and kind scenes.

harrassment implies lack of consentiment. Bishop is their friend. She knows they are only worried/curious about her after witnessing her marrige fall apart. Plus, even if they weren't friends, gossip is a natural thing among a group of people who see each other very often, exactly like workplaces.

Well bills, it’s Tony. Tony is the exception for everything and you’d expect it from Tony. McGee only talked about it because Tony started by staring at Bishop from afar
