I wish they’d bring back some of the old characters from the early episodes. I think there can be some great stories for these characters that were very young in the early episodes. I think it would give the series a more realistic portrayal of life. People come and in and out of our lives in real life so why not on Tv. In this episode they do this a previous case of Gibbs coming back but we don’t know the history. We only get bits and pieces. References to Kate are throughout the series. She is gone but not forgotten.
I could agree with that, I'd bet it's not easy to plan to write someone in from early on or like a season ago knowing if they aren't even available. But I do agree it would be a really interesting way of showing the bigger world
The way they cut away when she was in trouble and as late in the show.....it did cross my mind that she was gone. The actor did great showing the pain and loss and how soon it is
This episode with Paula Leads me to suggest another show for you Flashpoint a Canadian Police swat type show ..Jennifer Steen "Paula Cassidy" appears in that show as well. She also played Nasa Pilot Watts on Armageddon
