Thank you for the tour! We are booked in a category BB balcony on deck 13 in June 2030. I'm looking forward to it. The cabin looks quite spacious and I'm happy for the bedside plug. I'll be traveling with a CPAP.
I just called your office this morning to ask about a potential cruise on the Prima from Iceland to England, and Patricia told me you are in Iceland, on the ship! How ironic! I will follow your videos from the cruise. It does not look like there is much in terms of shelving and drawers in the room, but good closet space. Will be interested to hear about the vegetarian and vegan options at the buffet and in the dining rooms. Have a great trip, Noam!
Not a whole bunch of drawers. Might be a good reason to bring clothes in one or two small cubes, say for socks or undergarments etc. Just keep those on the shelves
I'm really liking the layout, colors and space of the balcony room. The shower size was very nice, and totally digging the new balcony chairs as well. Have a great christening cruise! Thank you for sharing!
Wow, this new cabin IS gorgeous. I mean I saw the new one too on Wonder of the Seas but personally they look gaudy!!! Something that belongs to the 1990's era. This and perhaps on the Virgin cruises looks modern. Hoping you'll share the ships amenities, bars, resto and course the Haven rooms. Can't wait to see how interesting are those. Hey enjoy your cruise out there. 👍🏼👍🏼
So excited! We have a BF on 9 in July for my 60th. The big question on the boards is how much people will hear those going down the slides on the balconies around them!! Can't wait to see all your upcoming Prima videos. She's gorgeous.
Love the balcony and the comfy chairs....I did notice that there is no "coffee maker". That is going to be a disappointment to my heavy coffee drinker husband. I also did not see any ice buckets for the wife who loves icy drinks. Hmm. ONe other thing...if you want to make that bed 2 singles there is no room on each side to do that. You'd have to remove one of the side tables and even at that there would not be much room in between the beds. Otherwise, this balcony room is a pleasant upgrade to most I've ever been on. Love the color sceem.
Everything looks terrific! Except... That connecting door. If you are traveling with others and want to keep the doors open, it looks like the door will not swing out of the way. It appears you will have to walk around it all the time.
Is it at all possible for u to film a forward club balcony suite? we are booked in 9700 on 10/31 sailing and wonder what the room/balcony view is like.
That outlet behind the bed... I immediately thought of CPAP users! My sister would have to drape the cord across the room creating a tripping hazard at night if a bathroom run was needed. Interesting with the balcony... You're not able to see all ocean but people and ocean. I wonder if I would like that? I'd love to hear your thoughts about it. I'm so excited about this ship! I definitely hit the SUBSCRIBE button.
YES, YES YES!!!!!! CPAP. How can you build a ship in 2014-2016 and not have a regular outlet I.E. Breakaway and Bliss. I had to run an extension cord that I brought from home all the way from the desk area to the side of the bed on both ships. Got up one night and tripped on the extension cord and cracked my shoulder scapula. And of course it was my fault for using a n extension cord that they do not allow.
@@123pizzavic with each new ship being released, Royal, Virgin, Carnival etc., None seem to have taken this into consideration. They've added USB ports to the bedside but I can honestly say this outlet has me more excited than USB ports!
I really like the decor, very modern. Definitely seems more spacious than balcony rooms on other ships. I'm booked in December in a balcony room but considering upgrading to The Haven. Will you be able to tour that section and provide your feedback?
@Expedia Cruises I actually had question about Iceland what the temperature over there now did you need a heavy coat or just a sweater? Also how far is cruise port from downtown Reykjavik can you walk there or need take a bus, taxi ect?
It was high mid-60's. I just had a light jacket. (Apparently this is on the warmer and drier side for Iceland this week) It's probably a little too far to walk from port to downtown, especially if it's windy or raining. You'd want to take a bus or taxi/uber or organized tour.
I am shocked at the lack of storage space for clothes. Where will I put all my stuff?? You figure there are 2 changes a day plus pajamas. Not near enough!!
As beautiful as the room looks, where are the drawers? Did I miss something. All that hanging closets space. You have to get down on your knees to use the small wire baskets at the bottom of the closets
it's two twins pushed together with queen size bedding on it. this is the standard for almost all cruise ships where you either have two beds pushed together to make a queen or two twin beds that are separated.
