@@NexusNursing OMG! i freaken passed! Not without hell tho. 145 questions! Almost 100 of them SATA and who to see first! They tried me! After 75 I was like come on shutoff!!! Then after there are optional questions that does not count but I said nope! Anyway, with those who to see first is the toughest but as always I hear you and SEE you Lmao. THANKS!! 8/10/2022 RN

Professor D can you explain why the BUN and creatinine goes up if kidneys shut down?

The kidneys filters the urea nitrogen levels in blood. So when the kidneys shut down, it means everything is retained in the blood hence elevated levels.... I stand to be corrected

Hi professor D. On the question asking for the clinical features on assessment of CHF, I thought it would be pulmonary crackles and weak pulses? Due to the fluid backup into the lungs and weak cardiac output causing weak pulses? Can you please explain why this answer is wrong?
