Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Tata Steel Limited was held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, through two-way video conferencing/other audio-visual means to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Tata Steel Limited and The Indian Steel & Wires Products Limited and their respective shareholders. The meeting was convened pursuant to the directions of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
