NCO Induction Ceremony

An NCO Induction Ceremony is a time-honored Army custom marking the transition of an individual Soldier to a leader in the NCO Corps. It's a formal recognition for new corporals and sergeants, marking their increased responsibility for training and leading junior enlisted Soldiers for a ready Force.
