Everyone learnt music from matha saraswathi by sitting down and listen. Maestro Srinivas must be carried by matha Saraswathi wherever she goes and he just jumped from her lap and born here. Created legacy of 500 years, though he lived only for 44 years😢😢😢
Maestro U Srinivas avaru got passionate about Mandolin, because he loved the sound of it. And I began to love Mandolin because of one & only U Srinivas avaru, who as Child Prodigy introduced this beautiful instrument in Carnatic Music. Legends Never Die.
We lost a maestro at such a young age. He was a child prodigy. To achieve such a precision in Carnatic music is not a joke on a western instrument. He is blessed by godess Saraswathi. You cant get such a performance without her blessing. Truly miss him
Second ragam is Samudra Priya or Garuda Dhwani. Mandolin U Srinivas was, is & will always be in the Thiyagaraja league. Unbelievable god of string music.
Ram seva mandal,i Bangalore near Bangalore city market every year for 75 years my family does it never had interest in Carnatic music till I first heard U Srinivas .. divine genious. RIP no wonder my late mom used to revere you ..
yes! Love Bindumalini raga! haunting! but charukeshi and revati too! One thing I just don't understand is how people can put a thumb down... They would hear Saraswati playing the veena they would do the same these morons. pfff But they hide and they don't dare to comment.. I shouldn't care but it makes me angry...

I am almost 60 today and I started listening to music only in the year 2004, i.e. at the age of around 42/43... In case, If I am wrong or incorrect, please apologise.
Sir, I am also in the same position. I find that the first two minutes ( before Sama ) was a bit confusing. I thought it could be a mixture of Malhari, Chakravaham.... The remaining ragams are as given by you.
