This whole album looks like a competition between members. I don't know. They show and give their best. Unit combination just so strong. Song are really on another level. You can really feel how they grown up. I think worldwide music industry is ready for them.

"Beautiful" has so much more impact for me in MV form.... which I almost never say! So much of it is the daily life settings, expressions of the members as they sing to the camera and dance together. I feel like it's less cheesy when watching them too (plus the lyrics are better than that translation....)

And also, I would say, they have been using these themes and touching on these ideas for a VERY long time. (Even "Beautiful", with it's sound that doesn't sound like NCT, has been considered for their albums since at least 2016). Go back and read the lyrics to 7th Sense, NCT U's debut song, and you'll see similar ideas although perhaps the darker side of dreams and the unconscious. And all their teasers over the years, boy does in get trippy and very Jungian. The SM universe is purposefully getting more complex and interconnected. As an EXO-L though, I am soooooo used to very long running and complicated story lines that this doesn't even faze me hahahahahaha

it's taeil singing the lalala's at the beginning of sweet dream, and they mentioned during the countdown live that they had the members (except chenle to his shock🤣) do a yawn, but i don't recall them mentioning whose was used, they might not have known~

Yetti 😊 Thank you for the early Christmas present. All these Universe reactions were such a joy to watch. I'm not usually into ballads but Good Night is soooo beautiful. If they ever sing it live which they might at the SM New Year's concert I'm gonna melt in to the floor ☺

I always cry with sweet dream! the song is sooo soothing and sweet, i can't help it! Their vocals really get to me! You talked about albums with lyrics connected, 'Hello Future' by NCT DREAM has this! The album is a celebration to DREAM's journey, their mission to bring hope to the youth, and their aspirations to reach a bigger stage and the bright future ahead, so all the lyrics refer to that. Dreams, youth and future are recurring themes throughout DREAM's discography, so it's all tied up in a way, but with their full-album they really took this concept to the highest level, that's why the album is so important and meaningful to the fans.

Favorite songs: Know Now, Dreaming, Beautiful i personally didn't care for the lyric vod for beautiful if only because any time two members are having a duet, it only showed one [jaehyun & jaemin, jisung & renjun, etc.] the whistle after taeil's long note, btw, are the same whistles from the year dream videos / teasers we saw before. they're so lovely sounding.

Isn't the lyrics of thr end part of beautiful wrong? Please watch MV too. It has actual lyrics. Personaly I was having a hard time the day this song released. And it really healed me. I remember I cried while listening
