REACTING & LISTENING TO NCT 2023 'Golden Age' ALBUM FOR THE FIRST TIME!! IT'S A LISTENING PARTY!! Instagram: / fifizappa Twitter: / fifizappaa Patreon: / fifizappa Listen On Spotify: open.spotify.com/album/4Ak998...
Love that Ten was all over this album. Alley Oop, The Bat and Call D are my favorites but they’re all great. Yuta, Jeno and Ten were the MVP’s on this album. Hendery was really impressive as well.
Haechan is only in one song, probably coz he's been sick multiple times throughout this year, during Ay-yo promos in Jan AND for ISTJ in Jul. I don't know when they started recording the album tho. I remember him saying that he likes being busy and working, but like having barely any breaks between Dream (Jul), NCT Nation concert (Aug-Sept), 127 5th album (Oct), Dream mini album (tentative Nov?) AND 127's 'special' album (tentative Dec?) for the second half of 2023 is insane, same goes to Mark. They both need time off, being in two units is taxing!! My only complaint for 'Not Your Fault' is that they should have harmonized moreeee with 7 beautiful voices
Something I really enjoy about this album as a whole is that it flows very well. Another banger NCT group album and my top 3 is for sure Baggy Jeans, The BAT, and Call D.
I love Alley Oop and yes it's a basketball play. My top 3 are Oasis (wish it was longer and I loved Chenle and Jaehyun's vocal work on it), Alley Oop and Not Your Fault. It's definitely a rap heavy and I particularly love Jaemin and Jeno new styles and approaches. It's a solid album but probably in last place for NCT full member albums which, considering their quality, says a lot. I do really think this lot need to take a break if only to let us breathe! We just had Dream, now NCT 2023 and they announced 127 comeback in October. Chill, SM.
Alley Oop is definitely a stadium hype song. I like the eerie feeling That's Not Fair gives. Haechan is certainly not on this album as much but considering how much he works I don't mind my son getting a lighter workload for one album :) Pado, Baggy Jeans, Interlude: Oasis, Not Your Fault, surprisingly The BAT are currently in my top 5 but I sense a shift will come in some of those...
My ranking so far of the album: 1. The BAT 2. Kangaroo 3. Not Your Fault 4. Baggy Jeans 5. Call D 6. PADO 7. Alley Oop 8. Interlude: Oasis 9. Golden Age 10. That's Not Fair
I love Heachan on tracks too but its also nice to see the other members shine more on this album especially Yuta, Jaemin, the whole WayV unit especially Hendery! Its very rap heavy but thats ok with me! I really fell in love with Jaemin, he has such a distinct voice and delivery and is so charismatic.
My rankings: 1. Baggy Jeans 2. Call D 3. Interlude:Oasis 4. PADO 5. Not your fault 6. Alley Oop 7. The BAT 8. Thats not Fair 9. Kangaroo 10. Golden Age 8 to 10 may kind of move and shift around for me but will definitely all stay in 8th to 10th place
