Henry is a musical genius, classically trained. Henry is Taiwanese/ Chines born in Toronto, Canada. He is a former Super Junior M member under SM entertainment. He left SM not too long ago. He was badly treated by SM and left when his contract ended... I really hope he will get more recognition now when he is his own, he truly deserves that. In my opinion, he is one of the most underrated artists in Korea and he was too good for an idol group. He plays violin and piano like a pro and plays several other instruments. Henry is a member of Super Junior-M. He is Chinese/Taiwanese-Canadian and he debuted with Super Junior in 2008. Mark is Korean-Canadian. So that is one of the reason's why they get along so well because they are a lot alike and they relate well to each other. Henry is about 10 years older than Mark and he is like an older brother (respected senior) to Mark. SM pared Henry and Mark together often because SM wanted Henry to teach Mark all his entertainment and musical skills. Over the years Henry has become one of SM's most popular Idols when it comes to variety shows and entertainment programs and I think SM was hoping that Mark would become Henry's prodigy and follow in Henry's footsteps. Henry is considered a music genius. He was classically trained in violin and piano since the age of 6 and he had plans to go to college to study classical music. But the year he graduated high school he auditioned for SM when they held auditions in Canada and he impressed them so much with his violin dance routine that they signed him right away. Henry trained for about a year before he debuted in Super Junior -- and that was only because he needed to learn Korean and become more proficient in Mandarin. He debuted when he was 18 years old in 2008. As I mentioned above, Henry is Chinese/Taiwanese-Canadian and he can play almost any instrument. He really is a music genius. He speaks 4 languages fluently -- English, Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese -- and he speaks numerous other languages moderately well. He works really hard to speak to fans in their native language so he has learned a lot of languages over the past 10 years. Henry was the first of SM's foreign artists to be allowed to do solo projects. Henry is also an accomplished music producer. He has wrote, composed and produced all his own solo work, as well as numerous songs for other artists and Korean- and Chinese-drama and movie OSTs. Did you know that Henry co-wrote, composed and produced EXO's song "The Eve?" Henry also sings a short English Demo version of "The Eve" you should check out. And one of his most recent solo song releases called "Monster" is one of my favorite songs of the first part of 2018. He has an English version of "Monster" MV, a Chinese "Monster" MV and a Korean audio only version of "Monster." Henry is the maknae of Super Junior. His English is so good because he is Canadian so his first language is English. He has been in the Kpop industry for more than 10 years and not only is he a genius musician but he is also know as a really good dancer and for the fact that he can dance while singing and playing the violin all at the same time. He is also one of the top variety show guests in Korea and China. Everyone wants him on their program because they know he will bring them a lot of ratings. He spends his time traveling back and forth from Korea and mainland China on almost a weekly bases because he is involved in so many different projects. That's one of the reasons why SM wants Mark to learn from him. He is best friends with Amber from F(X), Jackson from GOT7, and Kpop solo artist Eric Nam, among others. And, as you can see Mark is like a little brother to him. Like Amber, Henry is pretty much connected to everyone in the entertainment industry and everyone is his friend both young and old. He is internationally loved and recently he won artist of the year in Thailand -- and all his work is in Korean, Mandarin or English, he hasn't done anything in Thai. It's also from "The Snowball Project" and on the program Henry was challenged to play multiple instruments from around the world which he had never seen or played before. And, as you will see, within minutes Henry was able to pick up the instrument, figure out how to play the notes and play a song on the spot. I truly believe he must have perfect pitch because he can also play any song or tune on almost any instrument after hearing only a few notes. But I could go on for days about Henry and I could recommend hundreds of clips and programs that he has been on that would impress you even more. He really is an entertainment genius and on top of all that he is also a trained chef and can cook as well as a professional. He was in a movie where he played a culinary genius so the producer wanted him to look as authentic as possible so Henry spent months training under a famous chef and learned a lot of amazing cooking techniques. He has participated in numerous cooking competitions and cooking based variety shows and his skill has impressed even professional cooks. Henry's fans are called Strings because of his classical music background. Henry left SM this past year when his contract was up to start his own independent recording company, but he has never made it official that he has left SJ. So true fans are holding out hope that this means he still may collaborate with SJ on projects in the future. After all, the 3 members of Girls Generation who recently left SM have said they would like to do something similar in the future. All three members of Girls Generation have said just because they left SM, doesn't mean they left the group.That's why when Girls Generation made their most recent comeback they did it as a sub-unit Oh!GG, because they weren't the full group. And even Taecyeon from 2PM recently left JYP Entertainment but his new company has said they plan to partner with JYP in the future to allow Taecyeon to continue activities with 2PM. So, it looks more promising all the time that if Henry ever wanted to do something with SJ again, he could. After all Henry is one of Lee SooMan's (SM's) favorite people. (Even though SM may have never allowed Henry to reach his full potential under them, which is part of the reason why he left the company. But I don't think there was any bad blood between them when he left and he has always been one of SM's most prized artists for the amount of talent he has.) Henry has a way of captivating audiences with whatever he does, whether its music, dancing, acting, as a trained chef, or just being himself on variety shows. As you can see by the way I gush, Henry is my ultimate bias, and Super Junior is one of my bias groups, so sorry if I come off kind of strong with my passion and love. LOL

I just finished watching the Snowball project with Henry and Mark yesterday. OMG Henry is flipping HILARIOUS!

Snowball project was a show on Vapp, it had Mark,Park Jaejung, Red Velvet, SNSD Sunny as guests I guess, it also had Super Junior Shindong as MV director and Henry as a song producer, the first part of it that includes Mark, they produced a song that is called Lemonade Love for SM STATION. They rearranged the famous song Rebirth and it was sung by Red Velvet, and Henry did another song for SM STATION with Sunny that's called U and I. Also, Henry is not an NCT member he was a Super Junior member, he is no longer under SM entertainment but he has great songs, if you wanna know more about him check his song I'm good and Monster and While You Were Sleeping OST it's you.

Hes now 30 yrs old, was born in 89, studied in Berkley university of music, can play pretty much any instrument but was majored in violin & piano, Hes Canadian (From Toronto), has a Taiwanese-Hong Kong mixed background, multi-langual (Fluent French, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, & ofc English but knows a bit Thai & Japanese).

Henry is a dad-gum freak of nature. That boy plays both the violin and piano as well as any professional musician. He speaks five languages FLUENTLY (English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean). He can sing, and he can dance, including boogaloo popping. Just a year after he learned how to dance that way he was competing in dance competitions. When SM took him on he was one of two out of 3000 who auditioned. As if that's not enough, he's very sweet and thoughtful (when he's not being a goofball). This boy makes most of us look like colossal underachievers. Henry is just funny. This show "Snowball Project" was about collabs between SM and Mystic Entertainment. It was on vlive. Also Henry is a bit of a musical genius. In one of the episodes he shows how he masters instruments he has never seen in just a few minutes. It was really impressive.
