Ten can speak English because he's Thai and a lot of schools in Thailand have a British Schooling system, so English is part of the curriculum. That plus the facts that English speaking countries have colonized others and dominated most forms of media for decades leading to most people having at least a basic understanding of the concept of English, that he moved to Korea at a young age and quickly befriended English speakers like Johnny, Mark and Jaehyun as trainees, that he frequently practices his skills to communicate not only with his members, but fans and staff when traveling, and his natural talent at learning languages (he also knows Chinese and some Japanese), means it's not really much of a surprise that he's fluent in English :)

NCT 127's songs from the Japanese album are also good, one of which you mentioned, Chain, then there is another title Wakey-Wakey, and gimme-gimme. Ah, all those songs are quite noisy, so listen to them at a slightly lower volume haha I always see you lower the volume when the music starts to get louder
