Yes, more WayV reaction!! WayV is my ult unit from NCT. I'm glad they came out from their 2 years haitus. They are now traveling beyond China. Hopefully, they can promote their world tour also in Europe and here in the US.
@tennieee470 , I bet we have the same bias, which is Ten Lee! 😉 Saw Ten perform at the SuperM concert here in the US. I was mesmerized by his fluidly and dancing skills. I was hooked, lol! 😆
It's hard for me to choose my ult nct unit everyone is soo fun, but wayv have the best songs and they are the most chaotic acc to me. I want them together as 7 , Lucas got me into nct and just disappeared . I hope he will comeback soon.

Since you want to know more about them here are some interesting facts about each member: - Kun has a knack for music production (see Leonidas, Wukong and Action Figure remix), cooks really well, the only NCT member who has a degree, can pilot planes, is the only kpop idol with skydiving license. Him and Ten are like WayV's parents. - Ten is has gymnastics background when he was young and also did b-boy and a bit of ballet before trainee days. He is really good in drawing and designing, and knows so many sports and recreational activities - badminton, basketball, diving, skiing, surfing, etc. Has a dry humor and is a certified cat dad (his room literally looks like a cat playground) - Hendery wanted to be a comedian, wants to be acknowledged not for his looks but for what he can offer. Writes some of WayV songs along with Yangyang. A certified goofball who would occasionally say words of wisdom that just hits different. - Xiaojun is from a family of singers and believes he is the least talented vocally in his family. Teased by the members a lot, it's funny but quite painful to watch sometimes (see WayV questioning Xiaojun's intelligence). He is just naive and innocent. - Yangyang is the only son of the CEO and Chairman of Adlink, a multi-million $ company. He dreamt of dancing on stage while he was in a coma during operation for his shoulder injury that's why he suddenly decided to try to become an idol and flew from Germany to Taiwan to audition. Spoiled by his hyungs especially Ten - Winwin specializes in Traditional Chinese Dances (there are many, some of them have similarities to contemporary and are really wonderful dances) and is now an actor in China. Used to be very reserved but is actually very funny. Gets special attention from all NCT members especially Ten. Note: I adore Ten but over-enthusiastic fans hype Ten's being a polyglot a lot but don't mention how actually all WayV members actually are polyglots too or at least bilingual. Ex: Yangyang speaks German, Mandarin, English, Korean and a bit of Spanish and Hendery speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and English
NCT for sure has the most gorgeous men per capita for any kpop group. Just about everyone would be the stand-out looker if they were in any other group, but in NCT the bar is so freakin high with peeps like Taeyong, Jaehyun, Jaemin, etc... some just don't get the recognition they should get, imo. What I love the most about NCT when it comes to looks though, is that every member is uniquely handsome and very few fall with in the "Korean beauty standards" visual mold.
At first LSM debut WayV unit as NCT Chinese base. So their target is ONLY 🇨🇳 the songs and their promotes was only in China. Back to 2019 when WayV debuted, they attended to Chinese varieties show and Fanmeeting. Because of the tension between 🇰🇷🇨🇳 SM couldn’t promote Korean groups in 🇨🇳 that’s why they debuted WayV. In epidemic season, ZERO Covid policy🇨🇳 it affects to WayV a lot there are very rare stages in Korea for WayV and they had to changed the lyrics in Korean or English to perform stages in Korea. Since 2023 there are something changes in SM. it looks like the target of WayV is not Chinese anymore because WayV just started to have Fanmeeting tour outside of China. It’s not weird that why people don’t know much about WayV because least promote as foreign unit😢 I really hope they will have their own concert for first time soon.
(WayV has debuted for 4years but they have only Fanmeeting or joining stage with other groups😢) WayV truly deserves better! They’re all talented. They are the least popular NCT subunit because: 1. They were the last to debut, have least number of stages to build their fandom and are promoted least 2. Cuz of Lucas scandal they had the longest hiatus right before they even got a momentum. 3. Cuz of tension between China and S Korea, Koreans don't appreciate ethnically Chinese group (Ten is ethnically Chinese, not sure if pure) being promoted in Korean shows (sometimes they do make Korean versions of their songs) and Chinese don't want Kpop in their market. 4. SM is either incompetent in promoting them or just don't care enough. 5. People just usually follow trends and don't try to compare groups before choosing whom to stan, haha. (I have a checklist of standards so I checked out a couple of groups first before settling for WayV) Still though I want them to get the recognition and love they deserve, I somehow feel that they don't need to be the biggest cuz the biggest groups usually have the most amount of toxic fans. They have the best B-sides though. Phantom is nice but their Awaken the World album is a masterpiece lyrics-wise and production-wise👌
Just stop by confirming your information: Ten has Chinese descent but is not 100% Chinese pure. He said in Thai program when MC asking him if he pure Chinese or not his answer is no (the program called Food truck battle in ep5)
@@arien_000 i think Lucus is 50-50 at least Lucus’s dad 100% Hongkong and mom 100% Thai maybe and they live in Hong Kong he grew up in Chinese Hong Kong culture~ In case of Ten: base on Thai’s history there were Chinese immigranted to Thailand for 200 years ago. So his family might mix with Thai decent some period of time we rarely unknow. He has grown up in Thai language Thai culture with some of Chinese-Thai background. As Thai people like me I also have mix Chinese too but 15-20% I’m also not sure because my grandmother have Chinese descent. Just want to tell you that Thai people we do mix Chinese decent a lot in Thailand (for more information: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_Chinese )
@@smpmpm0880 I forgot where I've heard it but I heard Ten have Chinese blood (not sure about percentages) from both sides of his family and the fact that he was still given a Chinese name by his grandparents, probably he has considerable amount of Chinese blood. Anyway where I came from, nobody truly has a pure ethnicity so whether he is Chinese, Thai or mix it's not really that important to me. It's his talent and personality that matters most❤️
