Renjun voice is so soft but when he hit the high note is so good. and then when Xiaojun start singing I started to cry. it just, the emotion in his voice really got me
xiaojun is easily top 5 vocalists in NCT. there is no way anyone can not recognise how good he is! you will be shocked by his high notes when u check out WayV

Xiaojun has a ballad just released with Kun from WayV that they wrote and made a M/V for and it’s incredibly beautiful too, called ‘Back to You’ if you would like to hear more Xiaojun ballading. It’s so so so pretty.
@@Yetti. If you do eventually do a reaction to “Back to You”, I’d recommend the Chinese version if you don’t want to react to both the Chinese version and English version. I noticed that the English subtitles for the Chinese version are different from the lyrics for the official English version of the song. I know you love knowing the lyrics. I think the lyrics/English subtitles for the Chinese are more poetic/beautiful.

I did not know this song prior to Renjun and Xiaojun singing it. I was blown away the first time I did, and I have been watching it several times since then. Their voices are incredible! So happy to know you'll be checking out WayV!! My faves are Bad Alive, Kick Back and Take Off 💚
This cover blew me away....they both are my favorite vocalists..so hearing them sing together is a blessing. I don't usually listen to covers but I'm definitely going to keep listening to this one.
I loved the original long before this cover came out, Eric Chou is an incredible singer, but Renjun and Xiaojun definitely does it justice. Renjun is one of my favourite vocalists, there’s just something about his voice that speaks to me.
Didn't hear the song before only heard this cover and I've been waiting a month for it since Renjun announced he was gonna do a cover with someone special. Didn't expect Xiaojun SO I JUMPED OUT OF MY SEAT. Xiaojun has been itching to becoming my 5th bias in NCT for a while now.

Ohh yes you need to check out WayV, they are the sweetest little family and so chaotic and talented. Some of their popular vids are Take Off, Moon Walk, Turn Back Time, Love Talk, and Bad Alive, but imo their strength is in their b-sides. Also check out Xiaojun's cover of EXO's For Life to hear what he can do! Xiaojun and Kun's self written Back to You and cover of Crush's Beautiful are devastating too.
I love these vocalists who just seem to reach in and grab hold of your heart. These two are just beautiful. Rejun is not in WayV, but it would make sense for him to be there. Xiojun (sp), is one of my favorite in WayV. I am glad you are going to check them out. I have not heard a bad song from them thus far and their dancing----Ten is in the group, so you know everyone else has to be on their game too.
Yes you did hear Mandarin in a song before. Parts of From Home (NCT U) was in Mandarin as the members sang in their native languages, so Renjun, Chenle and Kun sang in Mandarin. That song is in 4 languages - Korean, Mandarin, Japanese and English.
I personally think that WayV is the most impressive subunit in NCT. You would be speechless 🤍✨ They have such a powerful vibe. My recommendations are: Moon Walk, Action Figure & Bad Alive!
As if Renjun's voice not enough to wreck you, now we have the beautiful Xiaojun to melt your whole heart. In this song particularly, Xiaojun's vocal tone is really similar to the original singer, Eric Chou. Btw, this is how you should pronounce Xiaojun's name. Xiao = shao , Jun = june.

I am thankful for every SM Entertainment Scout... Every vocal coach under SM's roof... The growth every artist aims to achieve... The talent they find and train is undeniable. You are not ready for 'Love Talk' so be prepared when they get nasty with it. Also react to 'Moonwalk', Epic.
Listening to those kids is a literal eargasm! Also, WayV songs are very powerful in dance and performance. I’d say you check All For Love, Love Talk, Face to Face so you can appreciate their voices clearly.
if you like this combination of voices I highly recommend listening to "my everything" by NCT U. It's another ballad and really lets you appreciate their beautiful vocal tones. It's these two (renjun and xiaojun) plus taeil from nct 127. Renjun's voice starting that song is insanely beautiful and filled with such a tender emotion. Have fun getting into wayv :) For them, I would recommend the Rainbow V series on their youtube channel! They form smaller teams and create their own performances. It helps get to know them and their talent levels ^^

Ive commented this exact comment on someone elses reaction but i just have to repeat myself Chinese songs are SO good lol. Chinese is very naturally dramatic, so chinese lyrics tend to come off as quite poetic especially when translated, which i LOVE. Even wayv’s upbeat tracks have dramatic, poetic lyrics. This song is such a ‘classic’ chinese song, i think most chinese youths (i.e. me) know it and love it. I was so freaking stoked that this was the song they chose, and they did SO good on this bcs in my opinion, these two specifically have that ‘chinese’ style in their voices.
This song was alrdy quite popular in chinese region and recently there are many covers of this song and kinda make it more famous. I would say I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cover so much! So grateful that they gave us such quality content

This is my favorite cover these days. The rendition was so perfectly executed. I used to study Chinese so I can read some of the characters when I watch it with Chinese subs. It's so gorgeous and Renjun and Xiaojun are two of NCT'S most gifted vocalists and you know since they're SM artists and in group full of brilliant vocalists that's saying alot. @@Yetti. yeah that's just the tip of the iceberg 😄 they're all super fun and hilarious. I guess that's what you get when you mix a group of young guys from all over the world into a mega group of 23. Alot of hilarious and sometimes baffling moments. In WayV alone you have members from Macau (Hendery), Thailand (Ten), Taiwan/Germany (YangYang), Hong Kong (Lucas), and Mainland China (Kun, WinWin, and Xiaojun). So they literally had to learn to speak to one another which often happens in English according to the members. Lucas grew up speaking mainly Cantonese while several others speak mainly Mandarin. Ten grew up speaking Thai . YangYang moved to Germany at 11 so he's multilingual. Hendery comes from Macau which was taken over by the Portuguese and still has Portuguese as one of it's official languages. He is Ten's unofficial Mandarin teacher. Then they all live and work in Korea so they had to learn Korean too. And that's only 7 members out of 23 but the bonds and friendships they've formed whilst working to overcome cultural and language barriers makes the entirety of NCT so special and really endearing. As a fan it brings me so much joy to be apart of your journey in learning about them. You're a pleasure to watch 💚

I think you're going down into the SM rabbit hole. OMG. It's okay, we understand. SM artists really are amazing. Their women are superior as well, truly legendary.
This vocal combination is an emotional devastation. I started listening to WayV because of Ten, but was shocked by Xiao Jun's voice. WayV as a whole is a problem lol, they're music is so good. Xiao Jun received more recognition vocally for how well he shined in NCT U - Make a Wish. If you'd like to hear beautiful harmonies, look for Way - Face to Face. It has Kun, Ten and Xiao Jun. Just be warned, most of their title track MV's their stylists conveniently forgets their clothing. 🤣 You go from beautiful ballads to Magic Mike real fast with them.
